Necessary preparations must be made for startup of falling film evaporator. These preparations are reflected in the following aspects.
1. Open the steam condensate drain valve and close it after draining the condensate in the steam pipe.
2. Open the cooling water valve of mechanical seal of pump head.
3. Open the cooling water valve of vacuum pump.
4. Open the inlet and outlet valves of cooling circulating water.
5. Observe whether the valve in the system is at the specified position. If not, make corresponding adjustment.
6. After power on and startup, the touch screen will display the startup screen.
7. Click the startup screen, and the screen will display the process flow of the whole system.
8. The status of each temperature point and valve can be seen in the system interface, and various physical parameters will be displayed on the screen.

9. We can set the time in the system interface, mainly to set the start time of the pump.
