Seed Culture Tank & Fermentation Tank

Application: It is commonly applied for strain cultivation to prepare working starter cultures for yogurt production.

The fermentation tank performs mechanical agitation and fermentation of materials. It adopts internal circulation and asymmetric variable-speed stirring to rapidly cool materials while minimizing damage to material viscosity. The tank is constructed from imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel and equipped with built-in automatic CIP spray heads to meet GMP standards. The special medium guide design enables even distribution of cooling medium inside the jacket to avoid short-circuit flow and achieve high heat transfer efficiency.
