Plant protein beverage is a nutritional beverage made from plants rich in edible protein such as peanuts, walnuts, almonds, soybeans, etc., through baking, grinding, separation, homogenization, UHT sterilization, and aseptic filling. Its protein content is ≥ 0.5%, containing unsaturated fatty acids, dietary fiber, and trace elements such as calcium and selenium. The production line integrates water treatment, colloid mill, centrifugal separation, 20-60 MPa high-pressure homogenization, 137 ℃/4 s UHT, PET sterile filling and CIP system, and can produce nut milk, seed milk, composite milk, plant yogurt, etc., with a production capacity of 2000-36000 bottles/hour.
