The excellent raw material grinding unit is mainly composed of frozen meat grinder, bone paste mill, buffer tank, screw pump, etc. It is mainly applicable to the preparation of pet flavoring agent such as chicken liver, beef liver, etc., as well as the addition of fresh meat from pet staple food.
The equipment adopts a meat crushing and mincing machine, which can directly crush the raw materials of - 18 ℃ frozen meat, greatly reduce the transmission process from cutting or crushing to the meat grinder, effectively solve the problem of material leakage during transmission, and greatly improve the production environment of traditional old production lines. The water bath type temperature control is adopted, and the discharge elbow specially designed for the meat grinder can ensure smooth discharge from the meat to the bone paste mill.

The excellent fresh meat adding unit is mainly composed of fresh meat temporary storage tank, screw pump, emulsion pump, scraper heat exchange system, etc. It is mainly applicable to the addition of fresh meat in pet staple food production. The scraper heat exchanger fully solves the problems of uneven traditional heating, protein denaturation and solidification, and is suitable for the fresh meat adding equipment of high meat products.
This equipment uses a scraper heat exchanger. The online water bath heating can effectively solve the problems of slow traditional heating, long time heating of materials, and agglomeration, which makes it possible to add high meat staple grains. The scraping wall fresh meat temporary storage tank is heated in a water bath. The materials are heated gently to avoid protein denaturation caused by local overheating. At the same time, the problems of sticking materials on the tank wall and equipment cleaning are effectively avoided.

The optimal enzymolysis reaction system is mainly composed of enzymolysis reaction tank, rotor pump, temperature control system, etc. It is mainly applicable to the production and processing of pet flavoring agents.
This equipment adopts dual motor dual speed reverse wall scraping mixing+paddle mixing, which can fully mix the meat pulp materials in high years, and effectively avoid problems such as wall scraping and uniform temperature distribution. The unique bottom tank bottom valve design forms a complete arc seal with the tank bottom head, effectively avoiding the dead angle of the pipeline. The new weighing module design can accurately measure the added reaction base materials, auxiliary materials, moisture, etc. to achieve data operation.
