The evaporated refrigerant then travels to the compressor, where it is compressed and turned into a high-pressure, high-temperature gas. The gas then goes through a condenser, where it releases the absorbed heat to the surroundings and condenses back into a liquid. The liquid refrigerant then flows back to the evaporator to repeat the cycle.
