To further drive company-wide attention to quality, strict quality control, and continuous quality improvement, the company has established a special incentive fund of RMB 300,000 for Quality Month, using tangible bonuses to encourage all employees to pursue quality excellence.

On May 9, the Quality Center officially launched the first phase of the Quality Month special initiative, with the core theme of “Improving Weld Seam Formation Quality.” The company implemented comprehensive quality improvement and rectification measures for welding processes across multiple dimensions, including reviewing non-conforming cases, optimizing process documentation, providing company-wide skills training, visualizing operating standards, conducting process discipline audits, upgrading inspection standards, encouraging production self-inspections, and enforcing quality red-line rules. During the initiative, over 100 training sessions were conducted at the Jiangsu Beyond plant and external project sites, covering more than 500 employees. This ensured that standards were effectively communicated, skills were practically applied, and control measures were fully executed.
After a month of dedicated hard work by all employees, the first phase of quality improvement delivered impressive and significant results: a total of 14,447 weld seams were completed throughout the month, with zero non-conformities reported during inspection, achieving a 100% pass rate. The phase successfully met the interim quality improvement targets, marking a breakthrough enhancement in welding process quality.
On June 10, Beyond Machinery held a grand summary and commendation meeting for the first phase of the 2026 Quality Month at its Jiangsu production base. Quality Director Xing Jian comprehensively reviewed the implementation process, specific actions, and core achievements of this phase, and announced the commendation decisions. After rigorous assessment and evaluation, the sterilization team of the Product Workshop was awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Quality Team” for this phase, thanks to their flawless performance of 8,527 weld seams with a 100% pass rate.
Yi Dahai, General Manager of Jiangsu Beyond, presented a special cash award of RMB 20,000 to the frontline employees, team leaders, workshop directors, and supporting process and inspection teams, recognizing their dedication, rigor, and hard work in the quality campaign, and encouraging all staff to continue focusing on details and upholding quality standards.
Completing one phase marks the starting point of a new journey. During the meeting, Director Xing also announced the new improvement theme for the June Quality Month – “Mixing Quality Improvement” – signaling the company’s ongoing, refined, and normalized quality improvement efforts, with quality excellence as a continuous journey.
Finally, General Manager Yi affirmed the achievements of the first phase and set out new requirements and strategic directions for the next stage of quality upgrading, process optimization, detail control, and company-wide quality enhancement, charting a clear course for the company’s sustained quality development.
