Tubular heat exchangers are a common type of heat exchange equipment used to transfer heat in fluids. It consists of rows of pipes, where one fluid flows through an internal pipeline and the other fluid flows through an external pipeline, transferring heat between the two.

The working principle of a tubular heat exchanger is as follows:
1. Fluid flow: Two different fluids (either liquid or gas) flow through the internal and external pipelines of a tubular heat exchanger. One type of fluid enters the internal pipeline and is called the internal fluid, while the other type passes through the external pipeline and is called the external fluid.
2. Heat transfer: When the fluid inside and outside the pipe transfers heat through the pipe wall, heat is transferred from the higher temperature fluid to the lower temperature fluid, achieving heat exchange.
3. Main heat transfer methods: Tubular heat exchangers mainly transfer heat through convection and heat conduction. The heat conduction on the pipe wall can reduce the temperature difference between the fluid inside and outside the pipe, improving heat transfer efficiency.
4. Fluid separation: In order to ensure the isolation of two fluids and prevent mixing, tubular heat exchangers usually have sealing measures that do not leak.

Advantages of tubular heat exchangers:
1. Efficient heat transfer: Due to the fact that the fluid inside and outside the tube can achieve countercurrent or pure countercurrent, tubular heat exchangers have high heat transfer efficiency.
2. Flexibility: Tubular heat exchangers can adapt to different process requirements and fluid properties. By changing pipeline design and fluid layout, they can meet different heat transfer requirements.
3. Strong compressive strength: Due to the fact that pipes are generally made of metal materials, tubular heat exchangers have good compressive performance and are suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.

Application: Thisequipment is mainly used for the pre-pasteurization of liquid products, likefruit pulp, fruit puree, fruit flesh, etc. The usual working temperature can be55-90℃.

It is suitable toconnecting with single screw pump or centrifugal pump for transporting.
