Application

The reactor vessel has a triple-jacketed structure. The parts in contact with the product material are made of stainless steel and harmless materials, ensuring product quality. The outer layer is filled with silica-aluminum insulation cotton to reduce energy consumption. The vessel cover is equipped with the sight glass, spice hopper, filter, vacuum pressure gauge, etc.


The vacuum emulsifier is mainly composed of reactor, water and oil pot, frame, vacuum system, pipeline system, control cabinet and other parts.
